List of additional fees for the use of TIER

ADDITIONAL FEES

The following fees will be lowered in case the user shows that the damage incurred by TIER was in fact lower than the fee.

Return of the TIER e-moped to the business area:

40€
(NL - 50€)

Driving without a valid rental contract including the provision of the TIER e-moped or the transfer of the customer login data to unauthorized persons:

250€

Loss or damage of the helmet through customer fault:

80€

Processing of administrative offences, traffic offences, warning fees:

10€

Charging of third-party invoices caused by customer fault (towing operations, etc.):

depending on the invoiced amount

Re-parking of an illegally parked TIER e-moped:

up to 50€
(depending on effort)

Service journey if the customer is at fault:

50€

Cleaning due to violation of rental conditions: 

50€

Loss or destruction of the battery through customer fault:

500€
(per battery)

Loss or destruction of the TIER e-moped through customer fault:

1500€
